It is essential to equip young people with the tools and guidance they need to build healthy relationships, foster open communication, and establish strong boundaries that support their emotional well-being. Daybreak Health, our district mental health partner, will lead a virtual class on healthy relationships and youth mental health, covering why they matter, recognizing healthy vs. unhealthy relationships, communication strategies, and boundary-setting tools, plus a live Q&A with a licensed clinician. Register here to attend in English on Feb 19th at 5PM PT or here to attend in Spanish on Feb 20th at 5PM PT.
